Thursday Dec 1 Chris and I went out to the new LnL and began work on "Seven Minutes Over" for a BandCamp fundraiser. Good to see Larry again. The new studio's a lot bigger and offers a better rehearsal opportunity for Ambersons. Nice.

Tried to stop at a fancy beer place somewhere between the end of Elgin and maybe Plato Center (probably wrong)

...yesterday I went down to the fancy beer place

It was closed with extreme prejudice.   

Ok, it was just closed.

We tried to stop at some other place where Chris and Paulio like to go for Mexican food and some booze but it was also closed. Places shuttering their doors when they see me 'n Chris. We're like bad cowboys...

Stopped at Cub 'n Spanks and wound up chasing a shot of whiskey with a glass of whiskey so, in fact very little has changed.

The one new utterance for these strange times of ours..."Dude we may be fucked getting tonight's shit in the Cloud. I think I left the data DVD with the raw tracks under the Malort sign at Cub n Spanks"

Thank goodness Chris had a copy to upload to said Cloud

We're up and rolling

Can we be "up" and "rolling"?

Regardless of our rolling status I need to reach out to everybody about a few different practice/recorded practice options besides Elgin just to have everything on the table.

It would be wonderful to get us all in the same room.

These winter dead months, so...you know, dead.
