Great Weekend So Far
It’s been too much damn fun around here. Alex’s kid party was a blast yesterday. Kim had a treasure hunt for the kids. We wore pirate hats. The Old Dog looked especially fetching in his. I already hate myself for saying that. All children survived the trampoline experience. Old Dog and PDawg survived the trampoline experienced. It should come as no surprised that they were my greatest worry.
I got to see our friend from the nation’s capitol on Fri and Sat. Making a very, very special guest appearance at the Annex on Friday were Jeanz and Auftn. I had to bee kind of a puss on Friday and stop drinking at 1am so I could head home by 1:30. I had to get up a 6:30, help Kim a little and then go to work before the kid party on Sat.
The SOX won both games against the Twinkies so far and here’s hoping for a sweep.
Sorry fans of D-Lee, and I mean it because I am one of them. He plays good defense, has a great swing and a good head on his shoulders. I respect that no matter what team a guy plays for.
By the way, when did Scott Eyre become the body double for the Smashmouth guy?
