I’ll put a new link on the side tomorrow or something. My family is cleverly plotting to take over the internets, better known as Ted Stevens Fancy Series of Tubes. Ok, I think we already ran that thing into the ground (and Chris, DC, Dev etc were a helluva lot funnier about it).
Oh, but I think my family should take over the internets (*hint hint aka goo…get your blog going sis, you are the smart and talented one – she can actually sing folks).
We were the fucking Osmonds at family parties.
Uh, that just doesn’t sound right.
Anyway, my new dissertation writing schedule is going well. I have organized my notes and John Nash stupid amount of outlines and put together a decent abstract. It’s like the fifth one I’ve written – but fuck, you try condensing 200 pages of horse shit into 3 paragraphs with simple declarative sentences.
Ok, DC can do it, but that’s part of his job man, and he’s a good writer. I just like hearing the sounds of my keys clack.
Not that you sick bastards!
So there’ll be shit going up on the American Heretic blog. It’s part of my profile for those interested. I’ll put the fifth draft of the abstract up either tonight or tomorrow.
I hope everyone had a terror-free September day.
I’ll admit that I thought of the firefighters today. I thought of that unexplained feeling of goodwill I had towards everyone (that Olekobe described)…
…thankfully those good feelings have subsided.
A guy claiming that he just got out of the hospital and his blood sugar was low asked Paul H and I for either money for food or a cigarette. I don’t smoke anymore. Paul gave him a smoke and some candy.
I didn’t do shit.
I’m enjoying watching Jose pitch tonight. I hope he’s got his arm angle stuff figured out. His family’s safe, Castro is whacked out on pain relievers – Contreras shouldn’t have any worries.

No comment on Dick "Haliburton" Cheney and his appearance on Meet the Press, either? That was rich. Looks like everything is still going according to plan. I'm relieved - I was starting to think maybe it was more than they bargained for over there and we had no real reason to start that initiative in the first place. Also, I was thinking that Iran might have been a threat, but if Haliburton can sell them equipment for building a nuclear development infrastructure, they must be allies now!
Hey, how about that Randy Moss? He can really put a team on his back and lift them up. Oh wait, I'm thinking of anyone else in the NFL.
p.s. - I wonder if Brett Favre and Randy Moss were on the same team if they could score any points.
Can't comment over at Amer. Her. but I wanted you to know that the abstract is very well written and clear (read: even I got it). I have only one question: where's the car chase? I thought every dissertation had to have one.

I'm projecting the final edit of the Intro chapter for 2 weeks from now (we'll see)

Re: Iran and Haliburton, what does H have for them...maybe an earlier genisis of the Co sold them stuff in the past but I don't know of any current nuke dealings...
Either way, I'm glad we didn't invite the Veep on our Obsolete Technology hunting trip. He might've shot Bill's TiVo by accident.
No blog for me, big bro.... all I'd do is talk about my job, lament about the lack of time there seems to be, and wondering when/if little girls EVER shut up for a second! Nah, besides I really don't have many statements to make.
Anyway, I was diagnosed with vocal nodes last year.... too many years of reading books in character voices and basically talking non-stop... oh, now I get where she gets it! hee hee hee! Never mind!
