If I Have Learned Anything
...from last night's recording session it is there is no good way to get to Elgin.
It could've been worse...the studio could've been in South Elgin.
Sorry South Elgin.
Like I am Mister Big Shot here in DeKalb. Without my town, what would the world do for cornstink?
After checking out the tracks again with semi-fresh ears, one track (Virginia) is done, minus a final mixdown...the voc for IDKiB II is not what I thought it was either sonically or performance wise. The sonic issue has more to do with my voice than anything else. I have to finish adding guitars with Dev to this second track anyway so I will take a second pass at the vocals at that time.
So far, for Kish - Track 1 - Virginia - is in the can...
not to be confused with In the Can which is coming out shortly.

Is this going to get me on some sort of homeland security list? If so, good. I could use the pub.
Never mind all that. I thought maybe we could share our favorite Javi Vasquez in a Sox uniform moment.
as long as we don't end up sharing a shirtless Javi Vasquez moment...I could go along with that Cuz of mine.
Here's mine: The boy and I saw him pitch a complete game shutout against the mighty Twins...the only problem was it was a meaningless game in the disaster of a year that was 2007...he could do the same for the Bravos if they play meaningless games this year
The only good news that day was the resigned Buehrle who I believe led the AL in innings this yer
